DAVID ZWICKE

Senior Director of Analytics

Dave Zwicke is the Senior Director of Analytics of PCA’s Market Intelligence.  He oversees PCA regional analysis and forecast programs.  As senior regional economist, Dave tracks and forecasts regional and state cement demand, construction trends and market conditions of the Central U.S Region.  His analysis is used by PCA membership for industry tracking and strategic planning.

Prior to assuming his current role at PCA, Dave worked with an industrial real estate investment trust in which he monitored regional portfolio holdings and market trends. He holds a bachelors of science in economics and an MBA with certificates in economics and finance.
