JOSH REINER
Director (Environment, Energy, Appropriations)
Josh Reiner joined PCA in 2017 and is responsible for energy, environment, tax and appropriations issues. He comes to PCA from the American Public Works Association (APWA) where he managed the association’s environmental and tax issues. Before joining APWA, Josh served as a Legislative Assistant in the House of Representatives for Congressman Wally Herger (R-CA) and then as Senior Policy Advisor to Congressman Gus Bilirakis (R-FL).
Josh is from Houston, Texas. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Southwestern University and a Master’s degree in Political Management from George Washington University.
